Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within [7/10/15] days of delivery.
• Items such as perishable goods, customized products, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide a clear image/video of the product showing the issue.
3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will credit your refund within 5-7 business into original payment method
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
• Used, damaged, or altered products.
• Clearance sale or discounted items.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
• Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
